Queensland Foster and Kinship Care and Hub Community Legal are partnering to deliver a number of specific legal services to Foster and Kinship Carers in Queensland.
Carers will be able to receive advice from a lawyer about legal issues that relate to their role as a Carer, such as applications before QCAT or the Children’s Court.
As long as you are an approved Foster, Kinship or Provisionally Approved Carer and needing legal support in your role as a Carer, you are eligible to be referred to HCL.
